According to WDTV, anew coffee shop has opened its doors in Harrison County.
The coffee shop’s owner, Leigh Ann Holt, has had success in the town before with her hair salon, Ahead of Style, which is located directly next to the coffee shop.
The coffee shop is unique to the city of Shinnston, as the coffee being served at the establishment comes directly from Guatemala.
Holt says she is excited to provide a gathering space for the those in the community.
“I’m hoping that it brings more business into town, more people,” said Holt. “You want to come in, have a cup of coffee, sit and socialize; just really anything. I’m just seeing where it’s going.”
A Latte Java will be open Monday-Friday, 7:00A.M.-1:00P.M., with the hopes of expanding into the weekend in the future.
