FROM THE OFFICE OF THE U.S. ATTORNEY, NORTHERN DISTRICT OF WEST VIRGINIA
Kevin Herve Cayemitte, age 36, of Clarksburg, West Virginia, was sentenced today to 300 months in federal prison for two counts of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
Cayemitte will serve 4 years of supervised release following his prison sentence.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Zelda Wesley prosecuted the case on behalf of the government.
The Greater Harrison Drug Task Force, a HIDTA-funded initiative, investigated.
Chief U.S. District Judge Thomas S. Kleeh presided.
