National Restaurant Chain with Site at Eastpointe has Opened Newest North Central West Virginia Location

According to WDTV, Panera Bread held a ribbon-cutting Friday morning, June 26, at its new location on Pillar Drive in Westover.

The ceremony took place at 10:30 a.m. on June 26th and invited community members and business leaders to celebrate the grand reveal.

The Morgantown Area Partnership helped welcome the new restaurant, which is part of what the organization described as a wave of commercial growth along the West Ridge corridor.

Erik Carlson, vice president of the Morgantown Partnership, said the location features a redesigned interior.

“It’s a new concept for the store,” Carlson said. “They’re retrofitting some of the others in the area to look more like this because it is a fantastic feel inside. It’s bright, it’s open, it’s airy. And you still get the same great food, coffee, as you do at any Panera location across the country.”

The new Panera Bread on Pillar Drive is open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
