The Harrison County Commission and Harrison County Parks & Recreation would like to invite the community to take part in an exciting event celebrating America’s 250th Anniversary of Independence.
On Wednesday, July 2, the Harrison County Commission will host a free Independence Day Celebration at Sunset Ellis Park (formerly Sunset Ellis Drive-In), featuring a spectacular fireworks display at dusk.

Families are invited come enjoy an evening of patriotic celebration. Free kettle corn, bottled water, and special treats for children will be available while supplies last.
This event is our community’s opportunity to come together to honor 250 years of American independence and celebrate the freedoms that unite us.
