Reporting from Beirut on Monday hours after an Israeli air strike hit an apartment building in Beirut’s central Cola district, FRANCE 24’s Rawad Taha said residents of the Lebanese capital were living in fear and apprehension since the target was outside the Hezbollah stronghold southern suburb of Dahiyeh. In a city packed with displaced people, there are not enough evacuation centres, leaving “everyone to their own fate”, explained Taha.
