A suspect is in custody after the Arkansas Child Abuse Hotline reported allegations of sexual abuse involving a juvenile.
SALINE COUNTY, Ark. — The Saline County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a suspect in connection with a report from the Arkansas Child Abuse Hotline regarding allegations of sexual abuse involving a juvenile.
Investigators held a forensic interview with the juvenile, who alleged that 58-year-old Donnie Earls, Jr. had sexually assaulted them.
An arrest warrant was issued for Earls on April 10, and he was taken into custody without incident.
He is being held on multiple charges, including rape, sexually grooming a child, possession of sexually explicit material, and pandering or possession of visual or medium depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child.
