A Bridgeport man was among more than a dozen individuals indicted by the April 2026 term of the Taylor County Grand Jury, according to information provided by the Officer of Prosecuting Attorney John Bord.
Scott Lindsey Mauller, 48, of Tolley Road in Bridgeport was indicted on two different charges. The charges include one count of strangulation and one count of child neglect resulting in bodily injury.
Two individuals from Clarksburg were also indicted by the Taylor County Grand Jury. Those individuals, as well as the list of the 13 individuals indicted Monday, April 13, can be found HERE.
An indictment is merely an allegation, and each defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
