The European Union is failing to invest enough in military projects and relying too much on the US and other countries, according to a landmark report released Monday. Almost two-thirds of the EU’s defense orders between mid-2022 and mid-2023 were placed with US companies, with another 15 percent going to other military suppliers outside the EU.
