Evacuation order issued for fire in Apache County, Arizona

Residents in a community near Alpine have been told to evacuate.

APACHE COUNTY, Ariz. — An evacuation “GO” order was issued Tuesday for a community located south of Alpine due to a fire.

The sheriff’s office has instructed residents in the Alpine Village East area to leave immediately.

No further details about the fire have been disclosed.
