FBI operation leads to the arrest of three Arkansas child sex predators

The Department of Justice released results of Operation Restore Justice, an FBI-led effort to arrest child sex predators, with several arrests being from Arkansas.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Several Arkansas residents have now been arrested for child sex crimes following Operation Restore Justice, an FBI-led nationwide operation to arrest child sex predators.

The Department of Justice announced the results of the operation on Wednesday, stating that the operation led to the rescues of 115 children and the arrests of 205 child sexual abuse offenders across the country.

As a result of the operation, FBI Little Rock arrested three individuals in the state.

However, officials say that the names of the individuals and their charges are currently unavailable due to the ongoing investigations.

Operation Restore Justice aimed to identify, track, and arrest child sex predators across the nation in a five-day window.

The operation was executed by all 55 FBI field offices, the Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section (CEOS) in the Department’s Criminal Division, and United States attorneys’ offices.

“The Department of Justice will never stop fighting to protect victims—especially child victims—and we will not rest until we hunt down, arrest, and prosecute every child predator who preys on the most vulnerable among us,” said United States Attorney General Pamela Bondi. “I am grateful to the FBI and their state and local partners for their incredible work in Operation Restore Justice, and have directed my prosecutors not to negotiate.”

Officials in Arkansas explained that over the course of the last 18 months, FBI Little Rock has arrested over 160 predators and conducted over 275 search warrants, which have led to the rescue of countless child victims.
