A man was hospitalized with a gunshot wound after an officer-involved shooting in Casa Grande on Sunday night, police report.
CASA GRANDE, Ariz. — A subject was injured after a shooting with officers in Casa Grande, the police department said.
The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. Sunday near Pinal Avenue and Ghost Ranch Road. According to police, a male subject was taken to a Valley hospital with a gunshot injury. The man is expected to survive.
No police officers were injured during the shooting, according to authorities.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing. The identity of the suspect has not been released at this time.
