Police say road will be closed for an extended time

PALM BAY, Fla. – Palm Bay Police say Degroodt Road is closed down right now after a serious, two-vehicle crash.
It’s right between La Casa Street and Saxony Road.
Officers say the initial call came in around 3:20 p.m. Saturday, and one person has life-threatening injuries.
Officers say their traffic unit is investigating, and the road will be closed for an extended time.
They’re asking asking drivers to look for a different route.
