BRIDGEPORT — City police are investigating a hit-and-run on North Street that happened Monday afternoon, an official said.
Shawnna White, a Bridgeport spokesperson, said the collision took place at 4:41 p.m., with the responsible vehicle fleeing the scene.
White said the pedestrian suffered minor injuries and was transported to St. Vincent’s Medical Center.
The hit-and-run crash is under investigation, White said.
