PHOENIX — Phoenix police are giving details on “Operation Double Down,” a huge drug bust that led to more than 20 arrests and the seizure of large quantities of contraband.
Police will hold a press conference at 11 a.m. alongside the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, the Drug Enforcement Administration and Arizona HIDTA Thursday morning.
