Ariane 6, a European heavy-lift rocket carrying a French military satellite, is set to launch Monday from a spaceport in Kourou, French Guiana. Europe has been unable to use Russia’s Soyuz rocket for its own satellite launches since Moscow launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022.
