Steelers vs. Chargers inactives: Are Russell Wilson, Roman Wilson active?

The Pittsburgh Steelers and Los Angeles Chargers have released their respective lists of inactives heading into the Week 3 game and a pair of Wilsons are not active for the Steelers.
