‘THERE WILL BE NO REMATCH!’

Former President Donald Trump shut the door Wednesday on debating Vice President Kamala Harris for a second time before Election Day.

“I won the last two debates,” the Republican nominee declared in a lengthy, all caps Truth Social post, which came after a last-ditch attempt by Fox News to arrange another debate.

Trump, 78, noted that he took part in CNN’s June 27 debate against President Biden and ABC’s Sept. 10 debate against Harris.

The former president also pointed out that he accepted an invite to a Sept. 4 debate that would’ve been hosted by Fox News “but she turned it down.”

“JD Vance easily won his debate with tampon Tim Walz, who called himself a knucklehead!” Trump continued. “I am also leading in the polls, with the lead getting bigger by the day – and leading in all swing states.”

“The first thing a prizefighter does when he loses a fight is say that he ‘demands a rematch,’” Trump argued.

“It is very late in the process, voting has already begun – there will be no rematch!” he announced, which dashed the hopes of multiple networks angling to host a final showdown.

Earlier Wednesday, Fox News invited both campaigns to consider Oct. 24 and Oct. 27 as potential dates for one last debate before Election Day.

“With a month to go until the last votes are cast, FOX News Media would like to make one final pitch for a debate between Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump,” the company’s president Jay Wallace wrote in a letter.

Fox News’ proposal included having political anchors Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum moderate the forum, which would’ve had rules similar to the CNN and ABC debates.

On Tuesday, CNN announced that it had set a noon Thursday deadline for Trump to accept an invite to an Oct. 23 debate in Atlanta.

Harris, 59, had previously accepted the network’s offer.

“CNN sent invitations on September 21 to both Vice President Harris and former President Trump’s campaigns to participate in a CNN debate this fall as we believe the American people would benefit from a second debate between the two candidates for President of the United States,” the network said in a statement.

In his social media post, Trump argued that Harris’ response to a question asked on “The View” Monday made the point of having another debate moot.

“Kamala stated clearly, yesterday, that she would not do anything different than Joe Biden, so there is nothing to debate,” he wrote.

The 45th president ended his post by writing: “Thank you for your attention to this matter! Donald J. Trump.”
