Three Individuals in Vehicle that Wrecks, Rolls onto its Top on Route 50 in Harrison County; No One Injured


A stretch of Route 50 in Harrison County that has seen plenty of accidents saw another on Friday, April 17, and resulted in a vehicle rolling over.


 

According to the Reynoldsville Volunteer Fire Department, they were called out via Harrison County 911 at 1:48 p.m. The accident was reported as a single-vehicle rollover.


 


The area in question was on Route 50 Westbound. It was near the Wilsonburg exit, which is the exit heading west just prior to the Davisson Run Road exit.


 


Two units from Reynoldsville responded. Upon arrival, the first responders found that despite the vehicle being on its top that the three occupants had successfully removed themselves from the vehicle.


 


The Harrison County Emergency Squad was also on the scene. They worked with the three individuals who removed themselves from the vehicle. All the individuals declined to be taken for medical treatment following the Harrison EMS evaluation.


 


Due to the accident, first responders were needed to oversee traffic issues that arose. The Harrison County Sheriff’s Office arrived on the scene to assist.


 


The RVFD said the incident lasted less than one hour. They were on scene for approximately 45 minutes.
