A woman has been arrested on suspicion of child sex offences after police were called to a school in Greater Manchester. The suspect was detained at St Gabriel’s RC High School in Bury on suspicion of having sexual communication with a child and inciting a child to commit a sexual offence.
Greater Manchester Police said officers were called to the school following reports of safeguarding concerns. The woman has been bailed pending further investigations.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said: “Officers received reports of safeguarding concerns at St Gabriel’s RC High School. “A woman has been arrested on suspicion of having sexual communication with a child and inciting a child to commit a sexual offence.
“The woman is currently on bail pending further investigation. An investigation is underway.”
