One of the longest running festivals and traditions in Harrison County and North Central West Virginia will return to Clarksburg this Labor Day Weekend. The 47th Annual West Virgnia Italian Heritage Festival is set to run Sept. 4 through Sept. 6.
And they have recently announced their entertainment lineup for the three-day event. Once again, all of the entertainment is free in the streets of downtown Clarksburg.
