LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The U.S. Marshals arrested an Arkansas man wanted by the state for a probation/abscond warrant and a separate warrant by the Fort Smith Police Department for second-degree domestic battery.
The warrant from Fort Smith police stemmed from an investigation involving an infant on May 19. Thomas David was arrested in Fort Smith at the Hydration Station on Wheeler Ave. in connection with this incident.
